Rise of the Planet of the Apes –
directed by Rupert Wyatt, who describes it as a prequel to the original 1968 Planet of the Apes film (ignoring it's four sequels) and a foundation/origin story for future films: "We've gone a very different route that's restarting the myth, with the hope this will be the first film [of a series] that takes us 2,000 years to reach the original 'Planet of the Apes'."...
- "Later. Later, we'll do something about pollution. Later, we'll do something about the population explosion. Later, we'll do something about the nuclear war! We think we've got all the time in the world!! How much time has the world got?!! Somebody has to begin to care!"
