August 19th: Astronauts Alan Virdon, Peter Burke and Jonesy journey from the planet Earth on a mission towards Alpha Centauri. En route, their vessel passes through a dimensional time vortex and they are propelled 1,105 years into the future. They crashland back on Earth on the outskirts of what used to be San Francisco.
